Move with intention, nourish your mind + body, and step into the week feeling centered and strong.

Meet Your Instructor: Jenna Bland
Jenna is a wife, mama to three little girls (4, 2, and 1), and the co-owner of a small-town gym she runs with her husband. She is a holistic women’s wellness enthusiast who supports women through hormone balance, nutrition, and intentional movement.
As a Christian crunchy mama, Jenna believes movement is a form of stewardship—strengthening the body so women can show up fully in motherhood and everyday life. She’s excited to guest-teach this class and help you feel strong, aligned, and empowered from the inside out during this joyful (and sometimes chaotic!) holiday season.
